Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and to countries in the European Union. We're currently unable to ship to Spain due to customs restrictions with our supplier.

How long does shipping take?

We prepare and ship your order within 24-48 business hours. Once it leaves our warehouse, it takes 5 to 7 business days to the United States and 7 to 9 business days to the rest of the countries we serve (European Union). Shipping is free on orders over $70 to the United States and over €60 to the rest of the countries.

How much does shipping cost if I don't reach the minimum?

The cost depends on the weight of the order and is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay, so you know the exact amount with no surprises.

Do I have to pay customs?

On orders outside the United States, duties or import VAT may apply when you receive the package, depending on each country's regulations. We can't advance that amount at checkout.

How can I pay?

We accept card and Shopify's standard payment methods, all with a secure connection.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return. The item must be unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. See full details in our refund policy.

Are the products quality-certified?

Yes, every product page lists its certifications (for example, GMP, non-GMO, or lab-tested) according to the manufacturer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status from your account at any time.
