Each dose (2 capsules) of the Digestive Enzyme, Probiotic & Methylated B Vitamin Complex provides vitamin D3, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12 (at a very high dose, 525 mcg), biotin, iron, magnesium and zinc, along with four blends: a digestive blend (325 mg: ginger, peppermint, bromelain and the DigeZyme enzyme complex), a LactoSpore probiotic (166 mg, 6 billion CFU), an energy complex (126 mg: ashwagandha, B12, B6 and folate) and a nutrient replenishment matrix (22 mg: zinc, iron, biotin and D3), plus 5 mg of black pepper extract (BioPerine).
Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. As with any jointly declared blend, the label does not list the individual weight of each ingredient within those four blends.
